Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to contact us and request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@dokiduo.com. If your return request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Options

Once your return request has been reviewed and accepted, we may offer you one of the following options:

1. Full Refund of the Item(s)

You can return the item or items to us. Once we receive and inspect the returned item or items, we will proceed with the applicable refund to your original payment method.

As stated in our policy, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

2. Immediate Partial Refund of 30%

If you prefer to keep the item or items, we may offer you an immediate partial refund of 30% of the price of the item or items, without the need to return them.

This option, when offered and accepted, will be considered a final resolution for the item or items concerned.

Once a return option has been accepted, it will be considered final for the item or items concerned, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Returning Your Item

Once you have informed us that you wish to return your item, and provided that your return request is made within the applicable return period and accepted by us, you must send the item back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you inform us that you wish to return or cancel your order, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

For your security and ours, you must also provide us with evidence that the item has been sent back, such as a tracking number, shipping receipt, or proof of postage.

If the item has not been sent back and no valid proof of shipment has been provided within 14 days from the date you inform us that you wish to return or cancel your order, we may reject the return request and consider the return cancelled, as we will understand that you have decided to keep the item.

Finality of Return Options

Once a return option has been offered by us and accepted by the customer, that option will be considered final for the item or items concerned, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

If the customer accepts the full return option, the customer must send the item or items back to us within the applicable return period and provide valid proof of shipment, such as a tracking number, shipping receipt, or proof of postage.

If the customer does not send the item or items back and does not provide valid proof of shipment within 14 days from the date they informed us that they wished to return or cancel the order, we may consider the return request cancelled. In this case, we will understand that the customer has decided to keep the item or items, and no refund will be issued.

The immediate partial refund option of 30% is a goodwill solution that may be offered by us at our discretion. It is not automatically available after the customer has already accepted the full return option. Any change from a full return to a partial refund must be agreed by us in writing and must be requested within the initial 14-day return period.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

International Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs duties, taxes, import charges, or additional fees that may apply when sending the item back to us.

These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or promotional reasons.

We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, used, altered, damaged, or returned without their original tags, packaging, or protective seals.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced jewellery cannot be returned if they have been opened, tried on, worn, used, or removed from their original protective packaging.

Jewellery and accessories, including rings, bracelets, necklaces, and similar items, must be returned unused, unworn, with all original tags, packaging, and protective seals intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns of these items if they show signs of use, wear, damage, or hygiene concerns.

Promotional gifts, free items, or rewards offered with an order, including gifts granted when an order exceeds a certain amount, are not refundable.

If you return an order or part of an order that included a promotional gift or free item, you may keep the promotional gift. However, as it was provided free of charge, no refund, credit, exchange, or monetary compensation will be issued for the promotional gift.

If you decide to return the promotional gift together with your order, it must be returned unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Returning a promotional gift does not increase the refund amount, as the item was provided free of charge.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If your return is approved, we will refund the amount corresponding to the returned item or items to your original payment method.

If you return only part of your order, we will refund the amount corresponding to the price paid for the returned item or items.

If you return the entire order, we will refund the amount paid for the order, unless otherwise stated in this policy or unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, import charges, or any additional fees related to returning the item are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable or unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days after we have received and inspected the returned item or items, or after you have provided valid proof that the goods have been sent back where applicable.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
