Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days after being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays.
As we do not always operate on weekends or holidays, processing may occasionally take slightly longer during those periods. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Shipping Rates
We offer international shipping to selected destinations.
- Standard Shipping: €6.00 for orders under €50.00
- Free Standard Shipping: for orders over €50.00
Estimated Delivery Time
International delivery usually takes 1 to 2 weeks from dispatch.
We aim to deliver orders within 15 business days, but delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance procedures, and carrier-related delays.
Please note that delays caused by customs inspections, peak periods, or transportation disruptions may extend the delivery time.
Tracking and Delivery Support
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you the tracking information as soon as it becomes available, so that you can follow your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
